With an upsurge of industrial-inspired cafes around town, it is no surprise that frequent cafe-hoppers Jason Pang and Cherlene Tan wanted an industrial theme for their first home – a five-room HDB flat in Punggol.
It was their only request to designer Kelvin Teo of Space Sense, who interpreted the style in a warmer treatment.
