When it comes to sourcing for dress inspirations, there are different considerations. But I guess good taste is universal.
The Hollie dress by Australian bridal designer Grace Loves Lace, exudes an ethereal, vintage-boho vibe with its flowy silhouette. The dress features spaghetti straps, a long translucent chiffon skirt over a shorter white or ivory lace sheath, as well as soft fabric overlays and train.
The design is, unfortunately, unavailable after having sold 2,000 units on the site when it was first introduced in 2013 (source).
The good news? Grace Loves Lace is now bringing it back in the form of the Hollie 2.0.
Although the new dress looks almost the same with minor alterations (it comes with a longer lace skirt with slits and a lower back), there are more similarities. The Hollie 2.0 comes in the same white and ivory hues, uses almost the same materials (French lace and chiffon), has the same spaghetti straps, chiffon panels, as well as train.
Priced at AUD$1,870 (about S$1,930), we hear the dress is as popular as its predecessor, and is now on the waiting list for over 700 brides (source).
