A festive Christmas eve wedding celebration at the Hilton!

“Eugene was my senior when we were in secondary school, but we only started communicating via Friendster after we both graduated.

We kept in touch, but did not develop the friendship further until five years ago, when I felt that we could bring our relationship to the next level.

“The bridal bouquet, car décor as well as the decoration at the solmenisation hall were all Christmas-inspired.”

Even the groom’s boutonnière was Christmas-inspired. The reds of the mistletoe stood out even more so with Eugene’s dapper navy blue suit. 

Their proposal:  

“I thought we were going on a regular dinner date at Keppel Bay until I saw a swing dressed with fairy lights and decorated with photos of Eugene and me.

My friends and family who helped do the decorations bore witness to Eugene’s proposal to me. It was everything I ever wanted in a proposal.”

“The most memorable moment had to be when I walked down the aisle to meet Eugene. We both started crying tears of joy!

Another highlight was when we managed to go to every table to mingle with our guests. It was really something that was important to us at our wedding”, says Tracie.
