Cigarette Jeans

Many tend to confuse cigarette jeans with skinny jeans as they are both figure-hugging on the thigh area. However, one notable difference between the two is that the cigarette jeans are more relaxed over the calves than the former. But if you’re one who can’t decide between getting a straight leg or a skinny pair, then this particular silhouette is a great option as it offers the best of both worlds.

While many are in heated discussions about the comeback of lowrise jeans, this iconic design from the ’00s hasn’t fully disappeared. Mid-rise jeans usually sit between your waist and your hips. If you’re one with more curves, you’ll look best in the higher mid-rise jeans (look for a waistband that covers and sits slightly above your belly button). Essentially, this helps to hide your tummy and provides enough coverage at the hips.
