I’ve helped many a bride style their outfits for the big day and things get a little tricky when it comes accessorizing the wedding dress.
Most times the ‘accessories’ for the wedding dress would be the jewellery the bride receives from her parents and in-laws. As a sign of respect, she would wear these pieces throughout her wedding day to show how ‘wealthy’ her family or in-laws are, and how appreciative she is of their gifts.
Most brides these days are practical: they would usually ask for jewellery pieces that they can wear again after the wedding with their everyday wardrobe. These are the fail safe designs that will give tons of mileage long after the wedding is over.
