One fashion item that we can safely say is undoubtedly timeless? Sneakers. Once released, they’re essentially irreplaceable “icons” – Jordans are Jordans, Stan Smiths are Stan Smiths.
These old-timers are still trending today, which means it’s high time to crown them as classics. Adidas’ Yeezy Boost by Kanye West (now sold out) are one of the newer sneakers we know for sure will be a timeless classic. The shoes’ design, colour and material are so “Yeezy” that any shoes with similar traits will in all likelihood be deemed copycats by those in the know.
Having said that, we’re going to share with you six new sneakers that we can predict will become the new classics. (We promise they aren’t re-launches!) Give it time. One day, we’ll be able to say, “we told you so.”
