1. The Modern Izakaya

2. Lei Garden

3. Tatsu

Sushi bar by day, Japanese teppanyaki restaurant by night, you’ll dine on only the freshest seafood and prime cuts here. 4. Ikkousha Ramen

At Ikkousha, the special pork chashu is soaked in their secret-recipe sauce to yield a flavourful, succulent topping for your ramen. The creamy, umami broth is made from the essence of various parts of pork bone, mastered only after years of experience. Salivating yet?

5. Gyu-kaku

6. Indochine

Fittingly enough for a restaurant located in the heart of the heritage Chijmes, Indochine pays tribute to the gastronomic traditions of Indochina, with authentic cuisine from Vietnam, Laos, Thailand and Cambodia.

7. Ashino

Every element of sushi has a world of thought put into it, from the sushi rice cooked in a traditional iron kettle from air-flown Mount Fuji water to the freshest fish sourced from Japan. Pricey, but worth every cent. We promise!

8. Coriander Leaf

9. Renga-Ya
