Luxury is first and foremost, an experience. And every luxury brand has its own way of taking their customers on a memorable journey, from looking at a product to purchasing it. In view of the boom in online shopping, luxury label Prada has launched its e-commerce service in Singapore.
As part of their unique shopping experience, the brand has revamped their website, of which you’ll notice the quintessential identity of Prada with updated browsing features that fully immerse you in the world of Prada.
The e-commerce site will also feature editorial content as well as mini videos.
But it doesn’t end there — in fact, it gets better. Prada fans in Singapore can also get their hands on the 24-hour exclusive merchandise drop called Prada Timecapsule, that will take place online on the first Thursday of every month. Here, you can expect 50 limited-edition pieces launched each time.
The launch of the Prada Timecapsule first came about in Europe on December 5, 2019, of which Prada has extended the experience to its shoppers in other regions including Japan, South Korea, China, the United States, and now, in Singapore.
In this month’s instalment, which was launched on December 3, the collection included the brand’s signature boxy cotton poplin shirt, presented as unisex in an original printed version, inspired by film posters of the ’60s. Each of these pieces have also been numbered accordingly from 1 to 50, so you’ll have to camp for it if you’re looking to cop it before it’s sold out.
