Gourmet food festival at Marina Bay Sands

You do not have to bust the bank to savour the foodie delights at Marina Bay Sands’ inaugural Epicurean Market gourmet festival.

From Jan 25 to 27, 2013, celebrity chefs such as Nancy Silverton, Daniel Boulud, Tetsuya Wakuda, Justin Quek and Hide Yamamoto will come together to showcase their menu highlights for the public.

The three-day food and wine appreciation event will be housed at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre.

Prices start at $3 for a tasting portion of signature dishes from the celebrity chef restaurants, such as Guy Savoy’s famous artichoke and black truffle soup, as well as Cut’s Kobe beef sliders, a mini burger.

Event admission prices start at $49 (early bird price until Jan 2), $59 (from Jan 3), $67 (1-day pass to Epicurean Market and ArtStage), $95 (three-day VIP pass with access to VIP lounge).

All passes include $30 Epicurean Market vouchers to buy food or gourmet items from the retailers at the event.
