Launched this year, the Palate programme aims to tickle the foodie’s fancy by offering exclusive dining privileges and discounts of up to 50 per cent at over 40 of Singapore’s restaurants and bars. All you have to do is sign up for a Palate card and you’re on your way to a food lover’s dream.

Indulge in a wide variety of cuisines – from Middle Eastern flavours to Chinese classics – from restaurants like Anar, Keystone, Il Lido, Tung Lok Classics and Signatures.

The discount structure is such that one person always dines for free; so you get 50 per cent off the total a la carte food bill for two diners, 35 per cent off for three, 25 per cent off for four, 20 per cent off for five and above, and 15 per cent for a single diner. Palate members also enjoy a further 15 per cent off all regular-priced drinks at participating bars.

An annual basic Palate membership goes for $428 and comes with more than $1,000 worth of hotel and dining vouchers, while the premier Palate membership goes for $598 and includes more than $1,500 worth of hotel and dining vouchers. All members also receive 10 per cent off all retail items at gourmet food purveyor, Culina.

Premier membership cardholders are also entitled to an additional $200 discount voucher for the Mr & Mrs Smith collection of boutique hotels.
