Local actress Jeanette Aw supported a good cause and got to meet media personality Irene Ang at a live art jamming session with children from SPD.
The actress with a heart of gold reflected on her experience, posting this photo with the caption, “Thank you for joining me on my Facebook live today. First time doing a charity session in such a way. It was fun, the children were amazing and I’m left with a challenging deconstructed abstract piece of art to “touch up” on. We started on this 60×80” canvas worrying that we may not finish within 30mins, but we did, totally surpassing my expectations and I love it. Art is afterall about free expression and boy did these children go at it!”.

The Mediacorp actress spent some quality time with her family in Japan, visiting iconic landmarks like the Imperial Palace and Mt Fuji. Joanne captioned this snap of her pushing a baby stroller, “We first traveled with my first born when she was 2 months old. Now we’ve got two in tow and it’s an entirely different experience! When we first arrived in Tokyo, my almost 7 month old son was frightened of the unfamiliar surroundings. He wouldn’t sit in his stroller and I had to baby wear him all day. Thankfully now he’s kind of used to it, so I can at least give my knees and feet a break”.
The mother of two also shared her travel tip and added that she “would recommend a lightweight and portable stroller for each child instead of a double stroller. 2 is still less cumbersome than one big one”.
