Rag & Bone’s Marcus Wainwright’s party “highlight” was breaking a bottle of champagne with Anna Wintour.
Label founders Marcus and David Neville were honoured at a soiree on Saturday night to celebrate the opening of the brand’s first London store.
The pair – who held a runway presentation this week to mark its launch – were thrilled to have some of fashion’s finest at their bash.
“I broke a bottle of champagne on the door with Anna Wintour – that was a bit of a highlight,” Marcus quipped to WWD.
The dinner boasted an impressive star-studded guest list. The party – which was hosted by Jefferson Hack and Another Magazine – included Arizona Muse, Poppy Delevingne and Kills star Alison Mosshart.
Alison spoke about loving her life in America, but insisted “hot and muggy” Florida is not the place for her.
The ever-flamboyant Boy George provided entertainment at the bash, including an acoustic version of hit song Karma Chameleon.
Radiohead’s Thom Yorke took to the decks later on in the night to entertain rave-ready guests. – COVER MEDIA
