We know it’s an effort getting dressed for work every morning. And considering that it’s something you need to do five times a week (hit the repeat button now), it can become challenging to show up for work without repeating outfits.

Our solution: Fill your wardrobe with MAX&Co.’s latest F/W ’19 collection. The Italian label offers trendy, refined yet fun and playful outfits that work just as well for the office as outside of it. So you don’t have to head home to switch up what you’re wearing for a night out.

Here, we have five stylish outfits to take you from boardroom to bar, Monday to Friday.

1. Sleek and sophisticated on Monday

You want to look sharp, polished and ready to hit the ground running on a Monday. You don’t want to look like you’re still hung-over from the weekend. Wearing a blazer is a safe bet. Go for this checkered piece and leave the rest of the outfit muted and neutral.

2. Understated chic on Tuesday

Keep it simple when it comes to what you wear for work. Having said that, it doesn’t mean you should limit yourself to just black and white all the time. Rock this vermillion shirt dress. Yes, it’s a bold colour, but it’s also a simple number – and not too ostentatious for the workplace. Keep your accessories muted and you won’t go wrong.

3. Strong and sharp on Wednesday

PSA: Blazers aren’t the only options for keeping you looking sharp and sleek. A jumpsuit with a peak lapel can do the same. Here, we’ve chosen one in nude, finished with modern-looking hoop earrings, a layered necklace and a pair of elegant silver pumps.

4. Laid-back but polished on Thursday

Just one more day to TGIF. As you head towards the end of the work week, you’re allowed to tone down the super-seriousness of your outfits to slip into something more laid-back.

Here’s how we’d pull it off without our bosses giving us a second glance: Choose a satin-blend, relaxed-fit two-piece suit. It’s comfortable and casual, yet polished enough so you will continue to look like the professional you are. It will still look sleek even when you wear it with a pair of sneakers.

5. Casually cool on Friday

Who doesn’t love Fridays? And who doesn’t love dressing up (or in this case, down) on casual Fridays? But note that we said casual, not sloppy. You still need to look smart and polished. Go ahead and slip on a sweater and comfortable jeans that day, but style it up with a pair of low-heeled pumps.
