As we’ve said before we love supporting our very own Singapore fashion designers and labels, especially when they make their way out into the world. So, when streetwear brand Depression announced that it had been invited to show at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin, we were super excited (wish I could have gone!).
Now that the shows are over, we’ve had a chance to check out the new collection entitled ‘Vol 2: Dragon Vs Tiger’ that featured masks, eye patches, hoodies, long lines, unisex pieces, septum pierced sneakers in vegan leather, metal embellishments and interesting Yin Yang prints. The cast of models included girls – for the first time – and guys who all channeled the unique ‘Depression’ feel.
