Fabindia Store Thumb

The Fabindia store at Paragon

If you are looking for something special, unique and made with heart then make a trip to the fourth floor of Paragon. That’s where the first Fabindia store in Singapore is and where you will find a carefully curated collection of Indian-inspired offerings from womenswear,  jewellery to home furnishings.

Back in 1960, when Fabindia was founded by John Bissell in Delhi, India, he envisioned equitable relationships to be the centre of the company’s business model. While Bissell’s idea was radical then, Fabindia’s equitable relationships with more than 80,000 artisans and craft clusters in rural India have today become the foundation of a successful company.

Today, Fabindia has a 50-year history of producing organic, affordable and beautifully crafted products using age-old techniques and hand-based processes. Its handloom and hand printed garments are a signature as are the use of artisan techniques such as the ancient craft of hand block printing, indigo dying, bandhini (a form of tie-dying) and more.
