Trust us on this: This shopping event is where the fashion insiders will be flocking to, for the latest designer labels to watch and shop for.

Running from May 17 to 18, 2014 at the Suntec City Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Blueprint Emporium returns for its fifth year with over 200 emerging designer labels that will retail their Pre-Spring collections.

The shopping event is an offshoot of the main Blueprint tradeshow, where stylists and fashion buyers will gather to browse and shop the brands to stock for the next few seasons.

Most of these brands are new-to Singapore too, so you’re quite set on nabbing unique buys that you’ll be hard-pressed to find elsewhere on our sunny island.

Highlights include Japanese designer label Roggykei, which is showing at the Blueprint Emporium for the first time; its avant garde designs have been supported by “Mother Monster” Lady Gaga no less.

Print-loving fashionistas should check out Taiwanese label Fabitoria, which has been receiving waves of support from Taiwan star Rainie Yang and even style star and Vogue Japan editor-at-large Anna Dello Russo.

Some of the fashion designers will be there to better introduce their brands, so do meet and greet them at their booths for tips on styling their fab finds.

Be sure to support our homegrown brands too: Singapore fashion labels Ong Shunmugam, Noel Caleb, along with jewellery labels Carrie K., Choo Yilin and more will return to show their fab wares at the Blueprint Emporium.

You’ll also be able to shop for the little ones. For the first time ever, this shopping event will feature children’s clothing brands such as Australian label Curiosity, Singapore brand Marc and Molly’s and more.
