With a history of exquisite craftsmanship and exceptional attention to detail in creating travel trunks as well as handbags ever since the brand started out in 1849, Moynat continues to pride itself with weaving innovative crafting techniques and old-world artistry.

Under the direction of Ramesh Nair, the Indian born, Paris-based head of Moynat, the brand hasn’t lost its spirit in creating bags and accessories with a keen focus on details.

In Singapore for the opening of Moynat’s second store at Marina Bay Sands, Ramesh picks out a selection of the brand’s signature bags and accessories, while highlighting the art of craft and intricate detailing that go into every stitching and patch design.

For example the mini Vanity is completely hand-stitched, believe it or not.
