Besides its classic sportswear range with the beloved polos, caps and footwear marked with the iconic green croco, Lacoste also updates its runway line twice yearly – a line which has been out of reach for us here – until now.

The French brand, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary this year, has also opened a new concept store at Raffles City Shopping Centre (#01-12) two weeks ago, which stocks a complete range of Lacoste’s apparel, leather goods, fragrances and footwear. A selection of its runway styles will be available for the first time here exclusively at the store. Designed to resemble a tennis court, the space also features fitting rooms that look like locker rooms, a polo wall showcasing Lacoste’s iconic L.12.12 polo shirts in its extensive colour range, special collections (like one for its 85th anniversary) and an embroidery workshop for customising your Lacoste polos with your initials.

For long time fans of Lacoste, or admirers of the brand’s legendary polos, the special 85th anniversary collection is not to be missed. The collection brings back the brand’s polos from every decade from the ‘30s to the ’00s, and features 15 reissues in total – eight unisex polos (one from each decade), three dresses, a pair of shoes, and three bags.
