Hilary Tsui is the wife of Cantopop singer Eason Chan, but the 44-year-old is also one of of the founders of Liger, a fashion trendsetting and concept store based in Hong Kong. The former actress has a fresh, youthful bad-girl style that’s infused with quirkiness that proves that 40 really is the new 20. Rock on, girlfriend!
