Each month, we barge our way into (okay, they did let us enter) the homes of popular stylish women in Singapore, all in the hopes of getting the low-down on their very enviable – and well-filled – closets.

 

 
 

Following predecessors Rachel Lim from Love Bonito and Singapore’s bubbly beauty Jade Seah is none other than Priscilla Shunmugam, the brains and beauty behind highly acclaimed womenswear label Ong Shunmugam.

The recent launch of her Cruise 2018 collection Love Letters exhibits an updated modish take on Eastern-influenced bespoke pieces, encompassing Priscilla’s dauntless venture in adapting to the times while remaining true to her vision.

With a fervent passion for re-shaping the concept of Asian traditional wear in a contemporary fashion, Priscilla allows her penchant for exuberant prints to shine through in her own style as well.

We spoke to Priscilla between bites of tau huay about her current fashion obsessions from her wardrobe and surprise surprise; amongst her predictable picks of printed dresses are crop tops from Topshop and elegant black dresses.

Priscilla even shows us her ride-or-die piece to wear whilst travelling and well … We won’t spoil it for you, but it’s pretty unexpected. You’ll have to watch the video above to find out!
