The best-dressed Asian celebs at the Chanel Mademoiselle Prive after-party

Apart from getting an exclusive insight into what goes behind the doors of its 31 Rue Cambon studio, the fifth instalment of Chanel’s Mademoiselle Prive exhibition brought together many stars on Oct 17

Since its induction in London in 2015, the Chanel Mademoiselle Prive exhibition has been a gateway for its visitors to experience the magic that goes on behind the doors of its third-floor studio at 31 Rue Cambon. This is the atelier that has been producing the storied French maison’s haute couture and high jewellery collections, as well as its iconic perfume, the No. 5, since its acquisition by Coco Chanel in 1918.

This one-of-a-kind experience is what you’ll get at its latest installation in Tokyo – Chanel’s fifth stop for the exhibition after London, Seoul, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Located at the B&C Hall-Tennoz, the space was open to the public on Oct 19, but an exclusive media preview was held two days prior. It attracted many Japanese celebrities, Chanel ambassadors, and international stars like Sofia Coppola and Pharrell Williams — all dressed in their best.

Here, the five celebs with standout looks that left us starstruck.

The Chanel Mademoiselle Prive exhibition is at 2-1-3 Higashi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, and is open daily (11am-8pm) from now till Dec 1.
