Vans are upping their game with this arty capsule collab with Marc Jacobs. It’s no secret that NY’s most avant-garde designer is a huge sneaker fan. Embellished lace-ups, slip-ons and statement printed low tops are a firm fixture of his namesake label’s accessories line.

Vans’ slip-ons are the focus of the sneaker star’s latest guest designer line. Only the graphic black line model designed by Marc Jacobs himself will retail in stores in Japan and New York City on Friday.

Less than 200 pairs will be available, according to a press release from the designer.

An online giveaway is underway to enable ten lucky sneaker aficionados the chance to win a pair.

For all the details on how to enter the Vans x Marc Jacobs 2017 sweepstakes ending at 11:59pm EST this Wednesday, June 14, 2017, click here.

On top of bagging the prized sneakers, winners will get a set of Marc Jacobs x Sharpie pens to customize the shoes at the in-store pop-up in New York.

“Models include an ‘acupunctured’ pair by drag queen turned designer Dan Donigan aka ‘Milk’, studded with tons of push pins, representing the world travel destinations fuelling Milk’s wanderlust.”

Another pair spiked with nails features a chain linking both feet; a swirling black, white and red felt marker print design and Julie Verhoeven’s painterly pair are other highlights.

Marc Jacobs Beauty ambassador and makeup pro Sarah Tanno used materials found in her vanity to create the eye-catching design of her MJ x Vans sneakers. Her glittery kicks carry lipsticks, flowers and mystical eye motifs.
