If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to do more good deeds in 2017, here’s something that you may want to consider. Louis Vuitton has once again partnered UNICEF to pledge its support in providing humanitarian aid to the children in Syria and Nigeria war zones.

This initiative – titled #MakeAPromise – began in 2016 and it has since raised approximately USD$2.6 million for its beneficiaries. Last year’s #MakeAPromise campaign saw the participation of many international superstars including Carina Lau, Fan Bing Bing, Nicole Kidman, Mariah Carey, David Beckham as well as singers and models such as Selena Gomez and Miranda Kerr. Louis Vuitton’s creative director Nicolas Ghesquière also took to Instragram to pledge his support, alongside French actresses Léa Seydoux and Adèle Exarchopoulos.

This year, the #MakeAPromise day will fall on January 12. To show your support, you can visit Louis Vuitton stores in Singapore and get your hands on the accessories. The fashion powerhouse will donate USD$200 to UNICEF for every piece of Silver Lockit necklace or bracelet sold. Shop for a good cause? Count us in!
