“A young woman appears and immediately vanishes again into the darkness of the deserted corridors. What is she looking for in this temple of culture infused with the shadows of the past?” asks the French luxury brand’s press release, teasing the public into checking out the new clip which goes live on November 6, 2012.

In the last couple of years, Louis Vuitton, like many major fashion brands, has been working on developing a more “art-based” type of advertising campaign, creating short films that show not only the fashion, but also more of the history and artisanal heritage of the brand.

L’invitation au Voyage – an “invitation to travel” – is reportedly just the “beginning of an unexpected and moving story” which will develop over the coming months as the brand releases more stunning images.
Check out the video below; see if you can answer the question “What is she looking for?”

The complete 2-minute 30-seconds film will be available from November 12, 2012, on www.louisvuitton.com. Louis Vuitton boutiques are located in the Crystal Pavillion North at Marina Bay Sands, ION Orchard, Ngee Ann City, Raffles Hotel Arcade and DFS Scotts Walk.
