When we were kids, Minnie Mouse was our everything – the pointy shoes, the oversized bow and of course, the adorable romance with Mickey Mouse.
Now, thanks to Coach and Disney, our dreams are coming to life! This week on Jan 22, luxury fashion house Coach announced the launch of their special-edition collection inspired by none other than Minnie Mouse.
Influenced by Minnie’s personality, the range carries a fun and feminine, chic and sophisticated vibe. For a sprinkle of modern yet nostalgic magic, the products have retro Disney-inspired patches, Minnie Mouse’s iconic polka dots and many more – think dashes of glitter and polished rivets.
The collection reimagined 19 of Coach’s signature pieces spanning ready-to-wear, handbags, small leather goods and some specialty items too.

Majority of the bags come in a very Minnie dusty pink or cherry red. We absolutely adore how the character’s ears are weaved into the Kisslock bags, with glittery polka dots to add to the magic.
The dinky and rogue bags on the other hand? They scream vintage vibes throughout, with pastel and shimmery sticker-like patches that have been perfectly scattered all around.
It’s the perfect combination with their old-school shades like cream white and cherry red.

For the quicker travels when our phone, cards and lipstick are all we need – the cross body clutch bag which looks straight out of a diner-esque 60’s film.
Coming in either all black or white with dusty pink, these clutches also wear the same patches and the Coach logo hardware too.

The coin cases perfectly match the Kisslock bags, while the card cases pay ode to the patches theme we see running through the collection. The bag charms on the other hand, sport a single patch – a sweet, embellished Minnie patch; or a cute smack patch.
While we’re at it, we’re gonna just throw in how we’re completely swooned over by the multi-dimensional, multi-coloured and 100 percent gorgeous ‘Minnie’ patch. No biggie.

And for the Minnie lovers, you’ll want to own their ready-to-wear collection which includes a varsity jacket, a cropped hoodie, a t-shirt dress and a t-shirt too. Black runs through the collection, with patches and sequins to elevate the pieces. Wear them for a night out or casually tuck in that tee with boyfriend denim jeans – you’ll be channeling the 80’s.
As if bags and clothes aren’t enough, a collectible Minnie Mouse doll – crafted in pebble leather with allover polka dots – has been crafted to complete the Coach x Disney range.
The collection retails exclusively at North America, Taiwan and Japan stores.
