Confession: We do love stalking celebrities with good #OOTDs on Instagram. Call us voyeurs, but we often find celebrities on Instagram really engrossing.

This fuss-free social media platform has given the world ‘front-row’ access to the most revealing insights into lives that we all wouldn’t otherwise be privy to. Besides, they never fail to give us some fresh inspiration when running low on outfit ideas for work and the weekends.

In honour of this – and for your convenience (we’re nice like that), we’ve created a curated list of posts on Instagram from some of our favourite Asian celebrities that have caught my eye recently.

This can also help you when you are planning your Chinese New Year outfits for the weekend. Sweet!

1. Fan Bing Bing
Bing Bing is our absolute favourite when it comes to making a style statement, we are always obsessed with her red carpet choices. This sparkly fairy-like Blumarine dress she wore to accept her title as Queen of Weibo on Sina Weibo Night Awards 2016 was absolutely stunning. Doesn’t she look like a fairy?

2. Myolie Wu
Myolie always had somewhat of an experimental sense of style previously, but she seems to have veered towards feminine and sophisticated outfits after her marriage. We adore this vibrant green lace trench coat on her. It perfectly complements the glow in her complexion.

3. Jolin Tsai
The queen of mandopop knows no fear when it comes to outrageous dressing. Only someone of her status could wear an outfit with striking leopard, graffiti and tribal prints all at once, and look so chic and covetable, seemingly without much effort to boot.

4. Carina Lau
We find it really hard to believe that Carina Lau is already pushing 52 this year. She has a smoking hot figure and her Instagram is definitely one of the most well-maintained one amongst the superstars. It’s always really hard to choose just one from her glamorous insta-feed. This full look –bomber jacket paired with a pink sequined jumpsuit– from Hedi Slimane’s last collection for Saint Laurent looks perfect on her.

5. Rebecca Lim
Thanks to her gorgeous facial features and svelte figure, there isn’t a dress Rebecca Lim cannot work. Case in point: This terribly challenging full black Alice + Olivia gown. When lace and velvet come together, it has the potential to make a woman look more mature, and the floor grazing length tends to overwhelm figures. Yet with Lim, the image is faultless.

6. Chae Lin
Is there anything CL cannot pull off? We know this is for an editorial shoot, but even if she were to walk down the streets in this outfit, she would definitely slay. Thanks to her, that show-stopping Balenciaga stole is right on top of our lust list now.

7. Jessica Jung
Jessica always had a style close to our hearts. She’s often seen looking super chic and cosy in lightweight knits, on-trend denim and a great bag. What stands out here is her gorgeous pearl embellished cardigan – it works wonders in elevating a very basic outfit. Every woman needs a good jacket!
