Any beauty craze that sends Instagram into a tizzy is going to grab our attention, and this insanely beautiful lipstick from China-based brand Kailijumei is one of the most stunning things we’ve seen in a long time. While the jelly lipsticks look clear, they actually contain pigment that’s meant to adjust itself according to your temperature! The colours are fairly sheer, but seem to give off a nice tinted glossy finish.

As far as ingredients go, Kailijumei claims the products smell like “sweet lavender” and contain candelilla resin, cocoa butter, beeswax, olive oil, citric acid, plant extracts, stearyl alcohol, grape seed oil and lavender oil, as well as the four types of dried flowers and visible gold flecks!

These lipsticks have gained so much traction on social media that the brand claims that there may be people selling fake versions. According to their Instagram account, buyers can DM them if they encounter a third party seller who seems legit, and the brand will look into it.

If you’re looking to get your hands on these, we highly recommend getting it directly from the brand’s e-shop website, just to be safe. You don’t want to risk dangerous ingredients in a cheap knockoff!

The lipsticks come in four shades and are out of stock at present, but three of the shades are available for preorder on kailijumei.tictail.com. You can take a look at the individual shades on their website, and choose from either Pink Barbie Power, Minutemaid, or Flame Red, which are priced at US$30 each (S$40). Shipping appears to be very affordable at a low four dollars, but it might take a while to get here.
