Kate Moss cosmetics launch
Rimmel, whose makeup has been promoted by the British supermodel for the past decade, has announced it will release a make-up range designed by Moss (pictured left) this month. Having released several fragrances, this marks the first cosmetics line for the model. www.rimmellondon.com

Dolce & Gabbana launch foundation and lipstick
Following in the footsteps of fellow fashion brands like Tom Ford and Burberry that have also extended their beauty ranges recently, the Italian designers are readying more products for their offering this fall. In addition to their Animalier face bronzer, which launched earlier this year, fans of the brand will be able to shop Perfect Finish Creamy Foundation (15 shades, US$55 each or S$66) and Passion Duo Gloss Fusion Lipstick (20 shades, US$34). www.dolcegabbana.com

MAC collaborates with Cindy Sherman for artsy limited edition
Owning a Sherman gets a whole lot cheaper this fall: the conceptual photographer and filmmaker will release an artistic collection with the make-up brand come September, and her products for the cult beauty brand can be yours from US$14.50 for a lipstick to US$38 for an eyeshadow palette. Three collections designed to demonstrate the "power of transformation" will each come with lipsticks, eyeliners, and eyeshadows. BEAUTY LAUNCHES DURING FASHION’S NIGHT OUT ON SEPTEMBER 8

Chanel Beauty 
Set for an international launch during Fashion’s Night Out on September 8, Chanel’s new and sure-to-be-sold-out lacquer collection Les Jeans will be denim-inspired, coming in three different shades of blue named Blue Rebel, Coco Blue and Blue Boy. While fans of the brand know that its polishes tend to go within the blink of an eye, there will be some extra motivation to get shopping fast as this range will only be available through the end of September.
