Makeover sessions are always fun and they take on a whole new meaning when professionals are involved. While we enjoy experimenting with make-up with our girlfriends, we also savour the opportunities to get tips from those in the know. And we’re looking forward to hearing all about how to get the best looks for the new season as well as picking up some helpful make-up advice at Estee Lauder’s #PureColorPlayRoom Global Make-Up Artist (GMUA) event.

Estee Lauder has been a frontrunner in the beauty industry, with gorgeous and innovative products such as its bestselling foundation, Double Wear Stay-In-Place, and Pure Color Envy Lipsticks. And now the experts from the brand will be here to take us through the ins and outs of getting the best make-up looks, by sharing their widely-sought-after expertise.

Its annual GMUA event returns this year from 13th to 19th July, and customers have the chance to experience a personalised makeover by Estee Lauder’s international pro make-up artists on 14th and 15th July. You’ll receive an exclusive one-to-one makeover service by the brand’s leading make-up artists – Anson Zhong from China (@anson_makeup), Leo Wong from Hong Kong (@leowong_makeup), and Jerome Chan from Singapore (@hewhomurderedlove). The personalised makeover will be based on four signature looks – It’s A Date, Beauty At Work, Minimalist Chic, and Holiday Glamour – and, most importantly, the experts will also share how to recreate the makeover looks in the comfort of your home.

Another main attraction at this event are the GMUA Artist Sets, which are special sets based on the make-up artists’ favourite Estee Lauder products. Alluring Eye Wardrobe by Anson ($307) contains everything you need to play up your eyes, Flawless Skin Wardrobe by Leo ($311) features a full range of products to help you achieve that flawless skin finish, while Lip Perfection Wardrobe by Jerome ($304) promises a fuller and poutier pucker.

The international pro make-up artists will also be sharing make-up tips and tricks, as well as how to achieve the Fall/Winter trend using Estee Lauder’s products.

You definitely won’t be able to draw yourself away from the #PureColorPlayRoom at The Paragon Atrium, where you’ll discover an immersive and colourful playground with interactive installations showcasing the best of Estee Lauder’s artistry, accented by regional make-up artists.

Customers who spend $240 will receive an eight-piece gift kit worth more than $180. The best part is, you’ll be able to select your own gift with purchase from the Estee Lauder Gift Dispensing Machine!

And, if you only have time to pop by during your lunch break, make a date with Jerome for a complimentary (RSVP required via metro hotline: 67351472) weekday lunchtime touch-up service at the #PureColorPlayRoom, between 16th and 19th July, from 12 to 2pm.

The GMUA makeover sessions take place at The Paragon Lobby on 14th & 15th July, from 11am to 8pm. A registration fee of $120 per pax applies (fully redeemable for Estée Lauder products at the event) and early bird sign-ups will receive a door gift worth $200.
