When we buy lip colours, we think about getting a shade that we like, or one that flatters our skin tone, or one with our favourite finish – matte, creamy, satin or glossy. But sometimes, getting your lips to look even better is about enhancing, evening out or hiding your natural lip colours with the right makeup. Here’s what to get according to your lip “type”.
For naturally pink or rosy lips
If you’re lucky enough to have the almost-perfect pout – luscious lips without any uneven lip tones – you only need to enhance it with these.
For those with slightly discoloured lips
Be it genes or lifestyle habits that’s causing your lips to look slightly off-colour, you need lip colours with a little stronger intensity.
For those who want to hide your original lip colour, or cover up lip colours that are very uneven
You’ll need stronger pigments with better colour payoff, and those that tint your lips for longer-lasting colours.
