Lanvin has announced details of their upcoming fragrance.

The fashion house – which is helmed by creative director Alber Elbaz – will be unveiling their first perfume in four years later this year.

The scent is called Jeanne Couture and is a follow up to one which they have released before.

According to WWD, the fragrance is a grown-up version of Jeanne and is meant to be more mature.

It retains some aspects of the original though, including notes of raspberry. Other parts of the perfume are very different, with the new version including peony, magnolia, violet and rose tones.

Model Juju Ivanyuk is the face of the fragrance and has already shot the advertising campaign. She was photographed by Sofia Sanchez and Mauro Mongiello, with the image taken in black and white and showing the model from the chest up. She is apparently naked and has tousled hair and full lips which are slightly parted.

Juju’s modesty is protected by a large bottle of Jeanne Couture, which is seen in the lower centre of the picture. It provides the only colour, with the bottom of the bottle a rich purple and a matching coloured ribbon tied around the neck.

Europe will get the scent later this month, with a roll out coming after that. It will be available around most of the world by July and retails at 76 euros (SG$125) for 100ml. in France. © Cover Media
