benefit cosmetics benetint limited edition rose packaging singapore

If you’re familiar with Benetint from Benefit Cosmetics, you might already know this, but for those who don’t, here’s a fun fact! When Benetint was first produced in 1977 by co-founders Jane and Jean Ford, it was originally created for an exotic dancer who wanted a nipple stain!

If you ask us, that more or less explains why the product is fondly thought of as “the sexiest flush you can get from a bottle”. The kiss-proof see-through rosy stain has become a cult favourite around the globe, and I personally love it for no-makeup days! You just swipe a little on your cheeks and blend it out, and it brings a lovely flush of colour to your face that will quite literally stay all day, even if you aren’t wearing any other makeup!

Now, on the cusp of the product’s 40th anniversary, Benefit has released a limited edition version of their Benetint, and it comes with a beautiful rose-shaped cap. Aside from the typically rose-shaded tint the product gives, it could also be homage to the fact that before it was named Benetint, it was sold under the name “rose tint”.

Get your hands on this limited edition collectors bottle of Benetint, $56, available from Benefit in Sephora stores and Benefit Westgate Boutique.
