Pearlyn: Are you using the right makeup? My eyelids tend to get oily throughout the day, too, which is why I only use cream – not powder – concealer and eyeshadows. Don’t be lazy: use a base before makeup to hold the latter up. But I love a mattifying eye cream, too.
