Backed by Shiseido Professional’s long salon heritage, it is the brand’s latest answer to modern hair stress that comes from overprocessing to heat styling and environmental exposure. 

The range is powered by Timetic Complex, an advanced blend of ingredients that helps the scalp and hair stay protected through the day, while supporting the repair and replenishment process associated with night-time care.

Rooted in Japanese hospitality

A key ingredient is Chrono Chardy, a grape-derived extract sourced from Vitis vinifera grapes grown on the hillsides of Nagano Prefecture, Japan. Instead of just locking in moisture on the surface, it supports the scalp’s natural ability to stay hydrated and resilient.

This is paired with PhytoCuticle technology, which helps repair and strengthen stressed or fragile hair that’s been damaged by colouring, heat-styling or chemical treatments. Together with antioxidant-rich punica granatum seed oil and hydrolyzed rice protein for hydration, it smoothes the hair cuticle, aiming to enhance shine and restore a sleeker surface. 

For days when both your hair and mind could use a reset, the Sublimic Timetic range is also available as the Sublimic Timetic Timeless Ritual – a premium in-salon treatment that takes the products into deeper conditioning and repair, while giving you a calming moment in the salon chair.

It begins with a cup of hot tea to help you settle in. From there, the treatment unfolds as a calming experience inspired by Sado, the Japanese tea ceremony, and omotenashi, the spirit of heartfelt hospitality. 

Hair is first gently brushed to “awaken” the scalp and help stimulate circulation, preparing it for the steps to come.

Before the hair wash, a traditional Japanese tea whisk is used to whip the Sublimic Timetic Premium Shampoo into a rich, airy lather, reminiscent of the matcha-making process. The lather is then applied and massaged into your hair and scalp, turning a routine cleanse into a soothing, almost meditative moment.
