Glossy hair ruled the runways at the Spring/Summer 13 shows.
From lustrous tresses at Diane Von Furstenberg to super-shiny styles at Dior, polished locks have never been more fashionable.
“Shiny hair never goes out of style,” says celebrity hairstylist Marc Trinder. “And for this season, glossy locks in a simple side part is an instant style winner and will work well for any occasion.
“Firstly, prep your hair with a volumising blow dry spray to give body and bounce. Use a pin tail comb to achieve a neat side parting.
“Then blow dry with a large barrel round brush to give the hair full swing and finish with straightening irons on the surface of the hair to smooth the cuticle.
“I then use a spritz of Charles Worthington All Over Gloss Spray for red carpet ready gloss,” Marc adds.
