Foltene Eyelash and Eyebrow Treatment, $58 This mascara-like treatment has Tricalgoxyl, a hair growth booster that’s a patented mixture extracted from brown algae harvested off the shores of the Isle of Ouessant, France. It helps to restore the natural hair growth cycle which is usually about 30 to 45 days long. Using it twice a day for 2 to 4 weeks is supposed to yield longer and stronger lashes.

I like the liquid texture and it doesn’t irritate my eyes. I’m a big fan of lash curling and have to do it every day. After using this for a few days, I can tell that my lashes are stronger as fewer strands seem to be falling out. They have also become easier to curl. I don’t see a great improvement in the length of my lashes though, but that’s probably because mine are quite long to begin with. |
