Drew Barrymore is reportedly launching her first makeup line.
The actress is said to be teaming up with US retail giant Wal-Mart to produce a range of products sold exclusively by the chain. The collaboration is also the first makeup line created from scratch for Wal-Mart.
“Sources say she has been collaborating with the Italian-based Intercos, the leading supplier of colour cosmetics, makeup and skin care,” WWD reports.
Since 2007, Drew has been the face of Procter & Gamble brand Cover Girl.
However, with her contract believed to run out next January, the actress is free to pursue her own projects.
A spokesperson for P&G commented that the He’s Just Not That Into You star “continues to be a Cover Girl” without revealing when Drew’s endorsement is due to end.
“As a rule, we don’t discuss the details of our contracts with our celebrities and ambassadors,” she said.
