Kate Moss’ hair stylist has shared his quick fix for tresses on a bad day.
Joseph Koniak, who has also worked with Helena Christensen, has revealed there is an easy way to manage your locks. The beauty expert believes an updo is the perfect way to brighten up your look.
“[Fix a bad hair day by] plaiting a high ponytail loosely,” he told Closer magazine.
“Massage it with fingers for texture, then wrap the plait around the base of the ponytail and pin into a bun. Finish with hairspray – it’s messy, but chic!”
Joseph’s favourite hair product is Redken Satinwear 02, for damage control. He believes it is the “ultimate blow-dry lotion”.
“It protects hair and adds volume, yet keeps it sleek at the same time,” he said.
An emerging hair trend Joseph adores is the Digi Perm. The salon treatment starts from £250.
“It’s a shortcut to soft waves like Kelly Brook’s. It leaves hair in fabulous condition and lasts for up to three months,” he said. © Cover Media
