Alone time is underrated, but much needed. And it’s possibly the best thing you can do for yourself every day – try it, 20 minutes to yourself: Light some candles to set the scene. Read a book, dance to your favourite songs, whatever relaxes and rebalances you.
We’d also suggest creating a spa-like experience in your home. Because finding two hours to get a massage at a real spa can be near impossible (although you should still try, ’cause #treatyoself is important).
