Much is said about what the eyes do for the soul, but it’s the brows that do the heavy lifting for the face. They frame it while anchoring our features, and have a surprisingly large influence on how put-together a person looks – which is precisely why getting them right matters.

Browhaus, recognised for Brow Resurrection as Most Realistic Brow Embroidery at this year’s Her World Spa and Hair Awards, starts from the belief that the most beautiful brows are the ones that look entirely like your own.

It’s an approach that Spa Awards reviewer and Her World deputy editor Sophie Hong could see eye to eye with, coming in with brow embroidery from nearly three years ago that had faded considerably.

“The therapist took the time to shape my brows to my satisfaction, and gave me advice on the style, colour and width I should go for based on what I wanted and the current state of my brows,” she shares.

Shaped to suit your facial features

Using advanced embroidery techniques and precision tools, Browhaus’ brow specialists create strand-like strokes that replicate natural hair growth, mapped to each individual’s facial geometry, brow density and personal style.

What sets Brow Resurrection apart in the field of eyebrow embroidery services is the level of customisation. Safe, semi-permanent pigments are matched to your hair colour and skin tone, resulting in brows that are finely detailed and realistic.

The effect fades softly and naturally over 12 to 18 months, with a tune-up session within three months of the original treatment extending longevity.

Five styles are available to suit different preferences: Brow Resurrection Classic for precise, defined strokes; Blend+ for a soft, powdered gradient finish; Soft for feather-light strokes that blend into natural brows; Full for dense, voluminous brows that still look natural up close; and Ombre for a striking gradient look.

Every specialist completes months of rigorous training at the Browhaus Training Academy, where therapists are assessed on technique, precision and treatment consistency before working with clients.

Every step, thoughtfully done

The same attention to detail extends to each session of the Brow Resurrection experience.

Numbing cream was applied throughout Sophie’s session and topped up twice, with only single-use, individually sealed and sterilised tools used throughout the treatment.

“I felt almost no discomfort at all, and seeing the tools in sealed packaging made me feel reassured about the hygiene standards too,” she notes. She also appreciated how her therapist took the time to explain each step during the session.

Post-treatment, the results were immediate and the recovery time minimal. “My brows looked full and defined, and I could see the individual ‘hair’ strokes,” Sophie mentions, noting that her brow area itched slightly in the first few days, but not unbearably, and there was no tenderness.

Aftercare was straightforward, too: She was advised to avoid swimming, facials or saunas for two weeks. And three days on, Sophie experienced little to no scabbing or flaking, though the recovery experience can vary from person to person.
