The three new hairy crab dishes at Sheraton Towers Singapore Hotel’s Li Bai restaurant are Steamed Egg White Topped with Hairy Crabmeat and Crab Roe ($26++ a person), Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab with Hairy Crabmeat and Crab Roe ($28++ a person) and Braised Scallop with Beancurd Topped with Hairy Crabmeat and Crab Roe ($26++ a person). Others include the popular Stewed Crystal Hor Fun with Hairy Crabmeat and Crab Roe ($88++) and Braised Bird’s Nest wrapped in Egg with Hairy Crabmeat and Crab Roe ($88++). Traditionally steamed hairy crabs are $62++ a piece.

The hairy crab dishes at Min Jiang and Min Jiang at One-North are prepared by master chefs Chan Hwan Kee and Goh Chee Kong respectively. Besides Steamed Hairy Crab and Baked Hairy Crab with Ginger Rice Wine Wrapped in Lotus Leaf ($68 each), a la carte specials include a Combination of Steamed Xiao Long Bao with Crab Meat, Deep-fried Shelled Prawn Coated with Salted Egg Yolk, and Sliced Abalone Tossed with Spicy Lime Sauce ($28++ a person) at Scotts Road. At One-North, dishes include Steamed Xiao Long Bao with Hairy Crab Meat ($28++ for four pieces), Deep-fried Hairy Crab Meat with Seafood ($38++ for six pieces) and Hairy Crab Trio Platter ($26++ a person).
