Got a craving for Singapore laksa? You need just ten minutes – and some supermarket ingredients – to make this steaming, spicy bowl of comfort. This recipe serves four. 

INGREDIENTS
400g laksa noodles
500ml water
1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Singapore Laksa Paste
1 cube Maggi Ikan Bilis Stock Cube
200ml Kara Coconut Cream
10 pieces yong tau foo

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook the laksa noodles in a pot of boiling water for 4min until al dente. Drain and divide equally into four bowls.
  2. Mix the water, laksa paste and ikan bilis cube in a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the coconut cream and yong tau foo, stirring occasionally. Bring to a boil and cook for another 3min.
  4. Remove from the heat and pour it over the noodles.
