Makes 4
INGREDIENTS
1 pack Borg’s 4 Frozen Puff Pastry*, thawed for 5min and quartered
4 slices President Special Pizza Mozzarella
4 slices President Sandwich with Cheddar
1 pack CP Glazed Teriyaki, thawed
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp water, plus more for brushing

DIRECTIONS

Brush a little water over one side of each quartered puff pastry square. Layer them in stacks of four and cut away the corners to form a roundish shape.
2 Use your fingers to flatten the middle of each stack, leaving a margin of 1.5cm all around.
3 Using a knife, score the centre of the stacks to prevent the pastry from rising.
4 Place a slice of mozzarella and a slice of cheddar in the middle of each stack and top with 6 pieces of teriyaki chicken.
5 Beat the egg yolk with the water to make an egg wash. Brush the egg wash over the puff pastry.
6 Preheat the oven to 220 deg C. Bake the puff pizzas on baking paper lined-trays for 25min until golden-brown.
