These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all parts of the RMK Make-up Workshop.

By his/her participation, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Qualifying Period
The registration starts on August 30, 2010 and ends on September 29, 2010.

Registration Conditions
The RMK Make-up Workshop is organised by Luxasia Pte Ltd.

All registration must be properly completed and submitted, with all details required to be clearly indicated. SPH Magazines Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify registration forms with erroneous details in required fields.

The organiser will not be responsible for any dispute arising from incomplete entry details. The organiser reserves the right to refuse any entries.

General
All data collected from the registration forms are property of SPH Magazines Pte Ltd and may be used for future marketing/promotional purposes.

SPH Magazines Pte Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any liability on its part whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, terminate, or suspend or in any other way cease the Workshop registration at any time without prior notification.
