If you live in Singapore, start planning your holidays for 2017 now, because there are seven long weekends to look forward to.
Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower has released a list of dates of public holidays for the coming year, with a total of 11 gazetted public holidays.
Seven of these holidays fall on a Friday, Sunday or Monday. Three public holidays next year fall on a Sunday. When a public holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will be a day off.
Here’s the full line-up of public holidays for 2017:
