Indulge in fresh seasonal produce at the sushi counter, where you can see for yourself the entire food preparation process; or take in panoramic views of the city out on the terrace, where Japanese tapas and a range of premium Japanese whisky and sake are offered.

Head Chef Shigeo Akiba, who cooked at the royal wedding of Japan’s Prince Akishinomiya and Princess Kiko, brings to the table his very own dashi stock, made with kombu (seaweed) sourced from Hokkaido, and katsuobushi (dried, fermented and smoked skipjack tuna) from Kyushu. Be sure to try signatures such as Pan-Fried Maguro Tuna Head with Chef Akiba’s Sweet Soy Sauce, and Sliced Raw Saga Beef Sirloin, Kyoto Vegetables, Dashi Broth.
