Here are 10 of the best foods to consume if you’re looking to maintain or improve your vagina’s health. Let's check them out!


1. Cranberry Juice


If you’ve ever had a urinary tract infection, you’d be aware of the benefits of cranberry juice. Studies have suggested that these crimson berries contain active compounds to fight bacteria like E.coli.

2. Garlic

Just 2 or 3 cloves of garlic contains enough antifungal properties that helps reduce itchiness, odor, vaginal discharge and any burning.  It also reduces risks of vaginal infection as it helps boosts your body’s immune system.
