1) Tsujiri

Established in 1860 by Riemon Tsuji, Tsujiri’s popularity has spread to many countries including Singapore. Today, it serves an assortment of matcha products, from matcha lattes to matcha parfaits.

However, o-matcha is the classic that matcha purists should go for. Be warned though, even the staff at Tsujiri outlets will tell you the o-matcha is incredibly potent. If you prefer mixing your own matcha, Tsujiri also retails the traditional tea bowl and whisk (chawan and chasen), as well as an assortment of tea powders and bags.
