Drawing on familiar flavours, sounds and energy across generations, Milli splits its offer across two distinct levels: Sky Dining & Bar, which is an intimate rooftop for forward‑looking Singaporean cuisine and cocktails against the city skyline, and the Lounge, a high‑energy, music‑driven club where nostalgia is remixed for the present.
