Just Cavalli AW13 show disrupted by anti-fur protester but goes on in style DECORMILAN – Italian fashion label Just Cavalli had its Autumn Winter 2013 runway show interrupted when an anti-fur protester stormed the runway.

She was holding a sign saying “Your Fashion, Their Death” and was reportedly from the animal rights group Nemesi Animale, who want fur farming in Italy banned.

Once the woman was ushered from the runway the show continued and boasted the bold hues and flamboyant colours designer Roberto Cavalli is so known for.

Tiger print was one of the biggest looks, featuring on a scoop-neck mini-dress, a bold overcoat and skinny trousers.

Colour-wise the designer went for cobalt blues and red hues, both of which look set to be major shades for Autumn Winter 2013.

Overcoats were also big news, sometimes paired with the skinniest of pants and other times worn over a short dress with bare legs.

The warm jacket has emerged as a firm favourite on this season’s runways already.
